1. GENERAL POLICY
A and V Publications charges Article Processing Charges (APC)
for publishing services in accordance with journal guidelines.
2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CONDITIONS
Refund may be granted if:
- Duplicate payment is made
- Payment is made but manuscript is withdrawn before peer review begins
- Payment is made but article is rejected before review
Refund will NOT be granted if:
- Article is accepted and published
- Peer review process has started
- Author withdraws manuscript after acceptance
3. CANCELLATION
Authors may request cancellation by contacting:
Cancellation request must include:
- Author Name
- Manuscript ID
- Payment details / transaction reference
4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds will be processed within
5–7 working days
to the original payment method or registered bank account.
5. TRANSACTION CHARGES
Payment gateway charges or applicable bank processing fees
may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY
7.1 Online Subscription Refund
Refund may be granted if:
- Payment is made but subscription is not activated
- Duplicate payment is made
Refund will NOT be granted if:
- Online access has already been provided
- Subscription period has started
7.2 Print Subscription Refund
Refund may be granted if:
- Payment is made but print subscription is not processed
- Duplicate payment is made
Refund will NOT be granted if:
- Journals have already been shipped
- Subscription has already started
7.3 Damaged or Missing Print Copies
If a subscriber receives damaged or missing copies, they must contact us
within
7 days of delivery. Replacement may be provided after verification.
7.4 Subscription Refund Processing Time
Approved subscription refunds will be processed within
5–7 working days to the original payment method or bank account.
